Returns Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) for any reason you are entitled to return any or all of the items to us for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must reach us no more than 28 days from the original order date to qualify for a refund or exchange.

All items returned must be in their original condition with all tags, labels, branding and marketing materials intact. We reserve the right to withhold a refund, credit or exchange for any of items returned to us that are deemed unfit for re-sale.

All returned items remain your responsibility until they arrive back to us. We recommend that all returns are sent using a traceable service such as Recorded Delivery or via an equivalent service that requires a signature upon delivery.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Delivery

UK deliveries:

We dispatch all UK orders via Royal Mail First Class delivery, if your order is placed before midday it is usually dispatched the same day. On average it takes 2-3 days for delivery, however delivery times can vary depending on Royal Mail, so please allow up to 14 working days for your delivery to arrive.

EU and outside the EU deliveries:

We use a standard mail service to ship orders within the EU and to the rest of the world. In most cases deliveries outside the UK will arrive within 14 workings days, but in some cases it can take up to 30 days.
